When searching in Swedish I find a whole bunch of blogposts on the term specifically, and one academic paper that is referred to by several resesarch gateways. Several also bring up the analogous term "state individualism".

A whole bunch of blogposts and newspaper columns are also talking about how extremely individualist Swedes are, often referring to the World Values Survey and the famous Inglehart-Welzel cultural map https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Values_Survey#/media/File%3AInglehart_Values_Map.svg, showing Sweden as the most extreme self-expression × secular-rational country in the world.

Finally a lot of posts and columns are talking how extremely collectivist or, perhaps more precisely, conformist, Swedes are, often referring to the law of Jante (actually coined by a Danish author), or to social democracy and Per-Albin Hansson's "folkhemmet" ("the people's home") cradle to grave welfare state concept.
