@drak @nds @laurelrusswurm I agree that “... we shouldn’t let 501c3 rulings affect our community …” because #IRS policies inherently political. New #FLOSS orgs cannot rely on IRS to understand what they do or why they do or do not qualify for non-profit status. We need to be ready to carry on, even if tax authorities do not support our task.
