@nawi ... non-tech folks may ask for MSWord doc, but that's a bad idea -- it will _always_ be out of date and users will always want it in the latest MS file format. A _short_ text or PDF file that consists primarily of links to chapters in online docs (in a #wiki or #QandA format) may be a better format.
