@mcscx yes I did - but... "usual short brizzl sound"??? now I'm #confuzzled. I *never* hear any sound when connecting a power cable. Just what is supposed to make that sound? And what about other things running off the same mains power connection (like this computer which doesn't seem to have any problems)?
