@erkanyilmaz I do not see GS/SN as 'past' - it's still actively being developed, and new people are coming into the #fediverse all the time. It's struggling with the legacy of sloppy programming in SN (or rather sloppy design) but progress is being made. Federation is *hard* - especially for things like direct messages or groups.
