My comment to Guillaume Lesniak: Aside from “thank you”, there is just one thing I want to say: You are no jerk if you care about free licensing. Actually that shows that you care about your users.

@mk yes, funny. you need root to replace stock !android by !cyanogenmod& after that's been done they tell you to give up control again.

@mcscx I don't consider it 'funny' tbh; root can be used for other things, too, and I was already considering setting that up for the extra options it allows. I'm thinking I should avoid CM now and look at alternatives :(

@mcscx I read the whole sad story about Fokal during physiotherapy - it looks like the CM 'management' have been using OSS for the convenience while forgetting about the philosophy
