   In the Summer heat of the !SoCal desert, if I want #coffee at midday, I have to add ice.

     @reality Ah, I hate that. Take a pain reliever and you should mostly be okay. It would still be good to get some coffee. I've tried chasing the headache with cup after cup of coffee. It doesn't work.

     @reality I'd quite forgotten about no-coffee-today headaches. @teslasmoustache is right. Some headache pills might be needed.
