     OK, Kickstarter campaign has finished (very successfully) but pre-order is still possible. I'm doing this! http://thelampster.com/ Lamp with an attitude... you will fit perfectly in my home-to-be. :)

     Hmm - I was having trouble actually pre-ordering, their website seems a bit beta - fired off an email. I want you, little lamp!

     Update: could not order from their site, got no reaction to a DM on Twitter, and no reaction to an email. I decided they're no reliable enough to spend my money on. Shame about the lamp, it deserves attention (from the makers, too!)
