@laurelrusswurm some of your so-called "misinformation"s are actually mentioned in the poster - it just has fewer words available.It's also interesting that you post that on pinterest when teh poster itself is actually clearly under copyright - do you have permission to post it there?

not every expression is copyrightable. How much creativity they have to contain depends on the jurisdiction.

@drak somewhat true - but the Berne Convention encodes the basic idea that when you create something it's automatically protected (bar some exceptions) - signatories can enhance the pronciples of the convention but not limit them.

@mk the exceptions are the only interesting thing about that. (besides: it’s high time for treaties to be done for people, not corps…)

Even without permission, copying the poster that is the subject of the article is both Fair Use (US) and Fair Dealing (Canada). Not sure about other jurisdictions. !copyright
