So how does Twitter manage the problem that content of their user's posts may be illegal in some parts of the world. Any ideas?

@simsa01 twitter doesnt have public timelines& twitter doesnt show all replies in the timeline so the posts are seen only by followrs anyway

@mcscx That can't be the issue. Rather, by accessing the tweets locally, they are "re-published" in that country by the machine of the user.

@lnxw48 indeed, and I wonder why Twitter removed their public TL. Perhaps because it went out of control with problematic content
