@drak Seriously, you know he wouldnt get any job. I am talking about the actual real preference for certain religions/ideologies.

@inscius I know he wouldn’t get a job, because his style is so far out of the social norm, that most people would feel strange around him, so this *would* hurt job performance. That’s just a matter of culture, too, though: In a culture where anything but a penis-sheet is considered inappropriately enticing, the roles would be reversed.

@drak So if the majority is uncomfortable? So if the majority is uncomfortable with any religious clothing, that is ok, too?

@inscius Sure. In German public offices, you may not wear a Burka, because that hides the face.

@drak So apart from that, any display of political/ideological/cultural/etc alligiance is ok? E.g. a picture of Lenin?

@inscius I did not try that yet ☺ — if it conveys fighting against the german constitution, it likely is not.

@drak What about Marx. He can't be more incompatible than Mohammed, Krishna or Amaterasu? Just to give a few examples.

@inscius In Germany Marx has a clear political message (left). But Pythagoras and Galileo would be OK, I guess.
