@sazius you know the 'multiverse' theory is somewhat controversial these days, don't you? there is only one !fediverse! so far, it's been dry here, and we have an almost-clear sky :)

@sazius but the fact it doesn't actually federate makes it a backwater in my eyes - however interesting "discussions" there may be: it's a chosen isolation.

@mk AFAIK Friendica is the only system that truly federates in that it works natively with StatusNet and Diaspora.

@sazius sure - but the result is deliberate isolation - and I don't think that helps in any way to move things forward.

@sazius which is why I don't understand this chosen isolation - it 'feels' more like a 'new pet project' rather than a 'let's make things better' effort.
