     @lnxw48 As @psep wrote he thinks scripts may not be working at his hoster. I wonder (naive assumption) if a packet filter could be the cause

     @mcscx Or perhaps some #PHP extensions missing (it could even be a process that kills user processes that appear to be consuming resources [RAM, database reads / writes, disk writes, CPU]). If he’s on shared hosting, there is any number of ways hoster could be restricting.

     @lnxw48 even though communication between local users works on @psep's instance? The prob seems to be only with federation.
