   ok, here we go: 1) disconnect external devices 2) get ADM (#NAS OS) update... (turn off live update - at least for now) 3) do some app updates as well.

     @mk oh, good! for NTP time synchronize I can now choose "other server" and set it to my FRITZ - that saves needlessly battering external time servers! #NAS

     @mk I've also activated daylight saving time (found under "Time Zone" tab) so now the time is actually correct and comes from FRITZ. excellent. daily system settings backup is adjusted as well. On to app updates! #NAS
