   Given how many different php.ini files there are on many systems, requiring the editing of date.timezone is rather #stupid. Should silently use UTC unless otherwise configured. #PHP

     I’ve always wondered why it didn’t assume the timezone of the host unless told otherwise. But then PHP is kinda whacky.
