   #NOAA #NWS has issued severe #t-storm watches for SE #Kansas (3 counties), Central & SW #Missouri (30 counties) until 22:00 CDT. Includes long stretches of US-54 and I-44. A "watch", I believe, means severe weather is possible, but not yet observed. Be safe out there.

     Now also including the SW and SE KC area (2 counties in KS, 6 counties in MO) and the Columbia / Jeff City area of MO (5 counties). In Bourbon County, KS, and Vernon County, MO, it is now a warning, with 60 MPH wind gusts and hail the size of quarters.

     #NOAA #NWS has canceled the #t-storm watch for the #KC metro area. Might still need to be alert traveling #I-70 east of the city.
