I just booked with another provider in Groningen (the one I already use in Amsterdam): last night I found out that the provider I'd already signed up with in Groningen does not provide IPv6: they're "rolling it out" but it's "going to take several years" (a couple million subscribers). The helpdesk guy I talked to didn't even know that much and just said "we don't support that" and "that's something for specialists".
