How about no? I'm not here to make you feel better about yourself, or to change my own behaviour to accommodate you. That's not fun for me. That might even set me off instead of you.

I don't go around expecting you to change your behaviour to accommodate me, so stop telling me that I have to for yours.

If I have genuinely triggered you while talking to you, then if you politely tell me to stop because of this reason then I will refrain from mentioning it in your mentions. But my timeline is mine. You're better off not associating with me, or finding other coping mechanisms when things get rough. I can sympathise with you, but I'm not going to change my behaviour for you here.

Phobias or panic attacks suck.  I get that. But if a mention of something upsets you, then I'm not sure that public social media is the right place to be. If you don't want to cut yourself off completely, then taking it in short bursts and taking breaks when it becomes too much are ideal rather than expecting everyone else to accommodate you.
