Has anyone set up a WiFi hotspot on their laptop, and connected a large number (say, more than 10) of clients? Common WiFi routers meant for household use fail when a large number of devices are connected. So, I'm wondering if a laptop as a router will do any better.

I have to set up the WiFi network for an event of around 30 people. So, I'm considering my options.
