Thanks for your answer. One app worked and the other not, so it must be the app and not the instance. My idea was, that there was a missing information about the URL because only this URL worked in the second app. The crazy thing is, Meteoric from 2010 works and Mayo from 5 / 2014 doesn't work. I will send the author a email.
