I don't see a need for that; in identi\.ca I created a group "dutchies" for people in the Netherlands (not just Dutch people, and emphatically not just for Dutch language) and there was hardly any activity. Go ahead if you want, but I won't join unless there is some serious activity, and it's not limited to Dutch as a language. OTH if there are more Dutchies in the !fediverse !fediverso I'd like to know who they are so I can follow them.
