@knuthollund Let's break it down ... you need a database and scripts ? Then Wordpress, Serendipity (s9y), CMS (Joomla, Typo3, ... ). you need static pages without a database with / without scripts then a static website generator like Jekyll / Hakyll whatever. Or hardcore, everything selfmade in HTML, CSS, Scripts, database. It depends what you like to publish and what you like to get out (something like WYSIWYG vs. Vim / Emacs).
