and on the #househunting front: the first deal fell through (because they let others bid at the same time,and the broker didn't tell us until the last possible moment - legal, but 'not quite polite'). I was very keen on that house but soit! Already found two new candidates and my broker is going to arrange viewings for them... so things will stay exciting for now. :)
