@kzimmermann @cmhobbs #Jekyll is my first choice. But it's going to be a problem if you want to update it from your phone.

Another option is using !orgmode to maintain a publishable project. See http://orgmode.org/manual/Publishing.html They have options for mobile phones too, but I don't know how good that is.

I'm using both from laptops and desktops.
