Though I believe federated deletion is implemented in newer #GS instances, you have no assurance that all other instances run that code unaltered. Nor can we be sure that each instance is GS and not #friendica or #rstatus or #hubzilla / #redmatrix (each with its own deletion policies) or an older GS or SN that lacks that capability.
