The trial wasn't about the licensing of the #Java code itself (which is where licenses like #GPL or a proprietary #EULA might matter), #Oracle was suing about #Google mimicking the Java APIs in a Java-like clone. ORCL is spewing steer manure in an attempt to divide those who stood against their copyright maximalism. You can already write an API-compatible clone of a GPL program and license it as you please if you don't want to have to comply with the GPL, so nothing changes.
