   @lnxw48 Maybe you could help me. We discuss here the 2 iOS clients Mayo and Meteoric. In Meteoric I can connect using https://quitter.is/api/ but not in Mayo. Is it a problem of the app or do you have a idea about the used server adress ?

     @nawi I’d expect anything under current development to support both #TLS and #SNI, but that is not necessarily the case.

     @nawi The other thing that occurred to me is that some apps already know to use /api/ ... you may want to try just the domain name

     I tried all variants, with http / https, with /api without, only with /api/ at the end it works. As I tried it with the ip, the app crashed ;-)
