@dragnucs Not fun. Crystal Reports was broken on the $EMPLOYER #Win7 x64 laptop (used with #Java based #Remedy help desk software) until a reimage last year. Nothing I did would fix it prior to reimaging.

@speeddefrost As @mcnalu mentions, !Twitter‘s #fail_whale days were when #Ruby was their main lang. They had to beef it up with #Java, #Scala, and other mostly JVM langs. But, yes, I believe a rearchitecting & rewrite lies ahead in the 2-5 year future for !sn / !gnusocial.

Oh. #Jython is a !Python 2.x version that runs atop #Java. #JRuby is a similar idea for the #Ruby language. Since #Android is Java in a red dress, ISTM that these should be full citizens in Droid-land.
