Der Unterschied zwischen #Gnome und #Xfce? Ich sage es mal so: Wenn ich spürbare Bugs und State-of-the-art-Features will, nehm ich Gnome. Wenn ich produktiv und ungestört arbeiten will, nehm ich Xfce.

Discovered that @windigo is correct: #Xfce does not support the CTRL+ALT+L shortcut (nor the Windows Super+L shortcut) for screen locking. What’s up with that?

@nawi To install Debian w/ #XFCE instead of Gnome: 1. expert install → 2. deselect "desktop environment" → 3. apt get install xfce →done :-)

C'est amusant. En installant 'debian-testing-amd64-gnome-CD-1.iso' je me retrouve avec #Xfce #surprise
