@theru @mmn @kat I was trying for help in the #linode channel, too, and (amid much confusion about teh Lish console) the -vv parameter cropped up. When I tried that (within Lish) I noticed what SSH was looking for - keys with standard name that didn't exist. Then I found in the ssh man (not sshd_config) to use the -i parameter to tell it what to look for... and now I CAN log in! [SOLVED]
