#DigitalOcean is migrating one of our family's "droplets" to new hardware in a few days as part of their cloud upgrades. If I had a little bit more energy to spare, they'd never get the chance ... I'd gladly move it to #Linode.

#Linode notified me of an upcoming reboot of the hardware node that hosts our family's main #VPS. As it happens, it is scheduled for #sonOne (a/k/a #DiaperButt)'s birthday.

@nybill I've heard there were some network issues at NYC3. I doubt that this will fix my droplets at NYC2 and NYC3. My plan is to move them to #Linode soon.

@nybill I had to double the RAM on #DigitalOcean to keep #MySQL / #MariaDB from crashing and allow software updates to complete. Considering moving both droplets to a single #Linode (where I've never had that problem).
