@whistlewright @gomerx #qvitter is more than just a theme. It is a plugin or extension that contains a theme. As far as I am aware, only logged-in local users can choose a less #javascript y and #twitter like theme on a site with qvitter enabled.

@johnnynull I think it just depends. On my #Gentoo laptop, #Midori crashes every few minutes unless I leave #JavaScript turned off. Works okay without JS, though.

@jrm #JavaScript is not necessarily garbage, but to make an application out of it, one often needs heaping gobs of it (which means slow-loading pages, high memory use by the browser). Also, each browser implements JS slightly differently …

@windigo if you add ‘home.html’ to the end, the SF site works without #JavaScript. I don’t know what they were thinking, beyond trying to get people to open the gates for JS to forward them to the next page. Maybe some of their ads require it? #JavaScrippled

Einfach ein #JavaScript schreiben, dass die Attacke auf #192.168.1.1 ausführt und schon kommt der Angriff über den Browser aus dem Internet. cc !security
