OK, so I'm going for the brand-new RAIDON GR3680-SB3 2-bay RAID box (not widely available yet but I can get a good price for it with a little patience); inside 2x 4TB HGST Deskstar NAS drives (in RAID 1 config) - still have to find the best price for those. Still, #progress!
